Covance is currently hiring a Regional Field Market Access Manager (RM), who would be field based and work out of the East Region - CT, DC, MA, NC, NJ, NY, MD, OH, PA, VA. The RM is responsible for developing and managing a team of Field Market Access Associates to conduct field-based site visits and customer training sessions, and conducting such programs. This manager will hire and assist in training field-based staff, and oversee scheduling for site visits and other training activities. In addition, he or she will be responsible for: maintaining and deepening client relationships, and relationships with clients' customers; working with Account Directors, program managers, consulting staff and call center teams to deliver services on behalf of client; and participating in sales activities.
# Education/Qualifications
The RM will have these
Qualifications:
a bachelors degree with graduate study preferred;
strong verbal and written communication skills;
strong presentation skills;
client savvy;
knowledge of business protocol;
time management skills;
proven leadership ability;
demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to think on his or her feet and suggest alternatives and solutions;
strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; and
strong organizational skills; and demonstrated analytical skills
# Experience
The RM will have this
Experience:
at least 7 years' relevant experience,
a strong knowledge base in our business or similar industry,
experience with research and analysis,
experience with clients or customers,
work experience conducting site visits, audioconferences, and presentations, and
experience training and managing staff.
